The NSW Early Childhood Directorate which is the regulator to Childcare Centre’s in NSW put a very important emphasis on Communication With Families. Tiny Scholars Childcare & Preschool assist with the following as a means of communication with families about the progress of their child:
1. DAILY PROGRAM
When your child is enrolled in our centre, each parent will receive a login to the parent section on our website. Through this login parents can see on a daily basis what the children got up to and what developmental area they worked on. The program also shows daily photos of what the children got up to and what they learn.

3. THE “WHAT WE DID” BOOK
Childcare centers in NSW must follow the EYLF (The Early Years Learning Framework). We encourage Parents to learn more about this curriculum by either contacting us or through independent research. This is simply a curriculum which is solely based on children’s interests and our centre will then expand on those interests. To assist us it is very important that parents fill in the “what we did book” on a daily basis. We understand parents are usually in a hurry however a small sentence about what the child(ren) did on the previous night is all it takes to make a HUGE difference to your child(rens) development.
4. EMAILING OUR PROFESSIONAL STAFF
Our Friendly and Professional staff are on the go and are all required to respond back to parent requests or suggestions on the same day. This is a very useful to communication for the development of your child.
